What we keep

Your email address, which is how you are invited and signed in, and the access your team admin gave you.

If you connect Google or Apple, the account name and email address that provider shares with us, so we can recognise it as yours. We do not read your contacts, calendar, files or mail.

The planning information your team enters: riders, staff, races, camps, assignments, and the history of changes to them.

Basic usage information, such as when you were last signed in and how long a visit lasted, so team admins and Powerhouse Cycling can see that the service is in use.

Why we keep it

To let you sign in, to show you only your own team's plan, and to send the sign-in and update emails your team asks for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your team's data is kept apart from every other team's. People on your team see what their role allows. Powerhouse Cycling can look inside a team only through a logged support session.

We use service providers to run Season Planner: hosting, the database and sign-in, and email delivery. Where a team uses AI-assisted planning, the text of the request is sent to an AI provider to suggest changes; the suggestions are never applied automatically.

How long we keep it

For as long as your team uses Season Planner and you have access. When your access is removed you can no longer sign in. Ask us to delete your account information at any time.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google or Apple at any time from the Sign-in methods menu and keep signing in with an emailed link or code. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email kevin@powerhousecycling.com.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
